The table in this sculpture, with its cut-outs and additions, forms a
Northern landscape. The background is blue, like the transition from day to night.
All details in the work are equally important.
The piece of wood under the right hind leg brings the work into balance and works as a contrast with the heavy pole.
The work is a thought about the twilight at the table, looking out over the meadows, waiting for it to slowly get dark.
